Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre

A very well-designed and maintained hotel, with impeccable staff service. The room we stayed in was generic, as in most such hotels, but service is what takes Novotel Jaipur many notches higher. Everyone from the security to front desk to room service to restaurant to facility areas - they all greeted with warm smiles and honest, extremely efficient service. Special shoutout to Suraj, Sumanta and Rajesh. The breakfast spread was amazing - ample selection of both Western and Indian food. The food taste was good, if not great. Also, the gym instructor in the morning (whose name I forget) was very helpful. The pool was kept clean and staff were always at hand to pass towels, drinking water and even sunscreen lotion!! In a word, we had a great stay and would love to go back soon.

The reception staff was very welcoming

I requested for birthday decoration in my room before I check in to the hotel. Room was ready as I requested and I was happy with it. checkin was smooth. valet parking is also good. I opted for breakfast and dinner for my 2 night stay. Both were good. Staff was well behaved and caring. If you are planning to visit choki dhani then it is just 3km away from here.

Good Behaviour of the Staff. Quick Check inn. Good Property. Good luxurious rooms. Good variety of breakfast. Good variety of dinner. Mr. Shri, Mr. Himanshu & At the reception counter I think Ms. Akriti was the staff who really took care of my likes and dislikes. They really take care of me very well. So, three cheers to all of them.

Everything, Room, Food, swimming pool everything was good and the best part is their hospitality and rajasthani tradition. Also we visited on our wedding anniversary, the staff surprised us with a cake. That’s really a good gesture that we enjoy.
