THE PEOPLE! Hotel staff was attentive and paid attention to all our queries, assistance and basically our needs while we were there. Starting from Ketaki at front desk, our check in was smooth and she was very resourceful. She helped us a lot. Mr Vishnu, the IT man, who was prompt and effective with any glitches we had in the room. He'd be in the room within seconds of our calls. Restaurant staff!!!! The PRIDE of Novotel. Shahid Khan, Nikhil Bhatia, Momita, Mercy, Samjhana, Chef Rakesh, Pradeep, Akash and most important, our resident Tea Master, Mr Bajrang - they were exceptional and did their work with love, passion and DEDICATION! WE WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK FOR THESE PEOPLE who had made everything possible for our stay. A special thanks to Mr Nikhil Bhatia for always being there to make sure my teenage son had company during late dinner. Thank you All. We love you.

I requested for birthday decoration in my room before I check in to the hotel. Room was ready as I requested and I was happy with it. checkin was smooth. valet parking is also good. I opted for breakfast and dinner for my 2 night stay. Both were good. Staff was well behaved and caring. If you are planning to visit choki dhani then it is just 3km away from here.

It is a value for money hotel. Not far from airport, so it is conveniently located. Restaurant had a variety of options. Price of food is also reasonable for a 5 star. It has a nice Gym and a decent swimming pool.

Good Behaviour of the Staff. Quick Check inn. Good Property. Good luxurious rooms. Good variety of breakfast. Good variety of dinner. Mr. Shri, Mr. Himanshu & At the reception counter I think Ms. Akriti was the staff who really took care of my likes and dislikes. They really take care of me very well. So, three cheers to all of them.

Everything, Room, Food, swimming pool everything was good and the best part is their hospitality and rajasthani tradition. Also we visited on our wedding anniversary, the staff surprised us with a cake. That’s really a good gesture that we enjoy.

A newly established place, got a discounted accomodation in comparison to other 5 * hotels in the area. Plus it is away from the city, quite area.
